ABOUT CHEF MARC
Chef Marc is a graduate of La Varene, Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France as well as The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York where he received his certification as a Nutritional Health Coach.
Marc worked in 3 star Michelin restaurants in Paris, New York and Los Angeles alongside Chef’s Daniel Boulud, Michelle Rostang and Guy Savoy before turning his cooking and nutritional expertise into his current personal chef based meal delivery service. He finds it very rewarding to use food as a healing tool and to help his clients achieve their healthand fitness goals.
