HOLLYWOOD, CA — Multimedia powerhouse Legacy Corporation purchased the social media managing firm; Infinity inc in a deal that ended up totaling $1,274,360.00 that was spent on a stock only purchase.
Since Legacy Corporation (Also abbreviated Legacy Corp, or simply LC) is a private company, Infinity inc will be added to the list of privately held corporations owned by LC. The CEO of Legacy Corporation, Righ Knight made the following statement when asked to comment; “We were the very first customer of Infinity inc, it only seemed fair we were the (last). Adding the company to our services only allows us to offer our customers more services at a better price, which is what (Legacy Corporation) is all about”.
The former CEO of Infinity inc, Greg Marks had no comment regarding the acquisition of the company, Marks was forced to resign as a result of the purchase.
